Privacy Notice

This notice explains how NEXECTRA handles personal information submitted through this website. It is intended to describe our current enquiry process in clear terms.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. Who we are and how to contact us

NEXECTRA provides technology and transformation consulting services. For privacy questions or requests about information you have submitted, contact us at mustafa.zariwala@nexectra.com.

2. Information we collect

If you use our enquiry form, we may receive your name, work email address, company or organisation, the service you select, and the message you send. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential business information, or sensitive personal information through the form.

3. Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to review and respond to your request, communicate with you about a potential business engagement, and keep reasonable records of our business communications. We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up to unrelated marketing emails.

4. Legal basis

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we generally expect to rely on our legitimate interests in receiving, assessing and responding to business enquiries, while considering the rights and interests of the person contacting us. The appropriate basis may depend on the circumstances of a particular enquiry.

5. Service providers and international handling

The website is hosted using Netlify. The enquiry form is configured to use FormSubmit to forward submissions to our business email inbox. These providers may process technical information or enquiry data as part of providing their services. Please review their current privacy information for details of their processing, security, retention and any international transfers. We do not sell enquiry information.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and manage the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, and address any follow-up or legal requirements. We review information and delete or securely dispose of it when it is no longer needed.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to your situation, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email mustafa.zariwala@nexectra.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.

8. Website assistant

The NEXECTRA website assistant uses a small, locally embedded set of website and company information to respond to basic questions in your browser. Chat messages are not sent by this assistant to an external AI service and are not stored by the chatbot. The assistant does not fetch LinkedIn updates live. If you use the separate enquiry form, the information you submit is handled as described above.

9. Cookies and website logs

This site does not intentionally include advertising or analytics tracking scripts. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website. Provider practices and browser behaviour may change, so this notice should be reviewed if new tools, analytics or cookies are added.

10. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice when our website, enquiry process, service providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its update date.
